Irma Farrell

Irma brings with her over 30 years of experience in client services and business management. Hail from the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Ms. Farrell holds an Associate degree in Accounting, Bachelor in Business Management and her M.S in Industrial Psychology. Irma is an active member in her community and serves on her church Trustee Board. She also plays a major role in giving back to the less fortunate children in her beloved island of St. Vincent.

Ms. Farrell believes that all children can learn and thrive in a learning environment that is comforting, stimulating and appropriate to their ability.

Arielle Tucker

Arielle was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ. She is a graduate of New Jersey City University, (NJCU), where she holds a Bachelor’s in the Arts for Psychology along with a Bachelor of the Sciences in Criminal Justice. Arielle also holds a Master’s in Professional Studies with a concentration in Criminology from NJCU.

Arielle has a love and passion for all children. She strongly believes in education and making an impactful difference in young people’s lives. While she was completing her studies she worked in the public school system with autistic children in a mainstream environment and considers that to be the most life-changing and rewarding experience of her life.

LaToya Young

LaToya is a graduate of Morgan State University, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communications and a concentration in Broadcast and Integrated Media. Currently LaToya is an assistant teacher, and teaching journalism to 5&6th grade students at the Learning Community Charter School. She enjoys working with inner city children. To her, The MOST gratifying feeling in this world, is to be able to go home and know that she is enriching and impacting a child’s life. “Education is where I can have the greatest impact on a student and with that I want to change the world; if I can’t, let me inspire someone who can”.

Charlene Crawford

Charlene Crawford is a native Jersey City resident. She was inspired by her parents and the community she grew up in to pay it forward. For the past 15 years, she has devoted her time assisting community activists throughout New Jersey. In addition to being involved in the community, she holds a N.J. Real Estate license. Her passion is to unitize the community through education and awareness. Her motto is; let me be a beacon of hope though my well-doing, inspiration and motivation of children and all those I come into contact with.

Pastor Joseph Nelson, Sr.

Pastor Nelson was born and raised in New Jersey where he is a lifelong resident. Three years ago he founded and established “At the Cross Outreach Ministries” in Jersey City, New Jersey where he works to better the people and the community he serves in. His main objective is teaching and sharing the gospel through community outreach. He is a huge supporter of LWL and its youth development programs. Pastor Nelson was born and raised in New Jersey where he is a lifelong resident.
